Amilife Standard Sunflower Lecithin liquid Food Grade is derived from refined sunflower oil. This liquid is reckoned for its multipurpose roles. It acts as suitable stabilizing factor, as wetting agendum as anti spattering factor, viscosity reducer, release agent and so on. It is also used as antioxidant and emollient. Free from allergen, Amilife Standard Sunflower Lecithin liquid Food Grade is used to enhance nutrients level of products loaded with phospholipids. This liquid has light cream or yellow or brown appearance.
