These have up to 1.5% moisture content and their acid value is 35 mg KOH/g maximum. Offered AmiLife De-oiled Non-GMO Sunflower Lecithin Granules have 2 mm to 2.5 mm particle size range and their bulk density is 0.4 gm/cc to0.45 gm/cc.
